That building will not Sell
There is a House on the market in our environment that are just sitting there. No one seems to want to touch it. A walk through almost gives you the uneasy. It's all cut. There is no flow or openness to it and you never know where you are. It's like the Winchester Mystery House ... the kind of interesting but really living. This maze.
And that is why it will not sell. There is no flow. A well designed House is a friendly, warm, has a certain synergy to it and just, well ... livable.
